Customized trainings on topics such as racial reconciliation, conflict resolution, cultural bias, awareness and sensitivity, marriage and family dynamics, domestic violence and sexual assault.
Onsite Facilitator-led Training
Facilitator-led trainings are the most interactive training format because they allows attendees and the facilitator to engage in interactive exercises and discussions and affords trainees real-time answers to their questions.
Cultural Development is available online with a live facilitator for 8-10 attendees per session.
Each attendee receives a pre-work packet in advance and will be able to engage the facilitator during their session. Attendees will also be able to follow along with a slide presentation, participate in group discussions and ask questions verbally or in writing via live voice chat.
Cultural Development is available through online modules. The online modules consist of independent studies, reading assignments, exercises and activities, concluding with a 90-minute live process session with a facilitator. Online modules allow you to engage the curriculum anywhere, anytime. This flexible format is ideal for individuals who desire to learn at their own pace.
Pre-work and Live Facilitation
Cultural Development curriculum is available for independent study. Upon completion, individuals will participate in a live process session (due to COVID-19, no more than 20 people per live session). Additional training and exercises will be provided through live facilitation for attendees to interact, ask questions, and engage in discussions regarding the training material.
